Exterior Photoshoot
Interior Photoshoot
Exterior Photoshoot - PLEASE CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING SERVICE AREAS WILL BE READY AND PREPPED UPON ARRIVAL ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING PREP GUIDELINES:

1. Front of building / front entrance: landscaping optimized, trash bins emptied, power washed exterior, sidewalks and front area clean and free of debris
2. Courtyards: chairs, tables, and benches cleaned and set up properly with table umbrellas opened if applicable
3. Clean walkways
4. No landscaping, exterior maintenance, or construction during the photoshoot
Interior Photoshoot / 360 Virtual Tour (for applicable locations only) - PLEASE CONFIRM THAT ALL RELEVANT MARKED SERVICE AREAS WILL BE READY AND PREPPED UPON ARRIVAL ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING PREP GUIDELINES:
1. Hallways (at least one hallway): empty of carts, vacuumed, all extra items off of doors and walls
2. Front Desk: set up and organized, all extra items cleared from counter, flowers displayed
3. Lobby: organized properly and cleaned thoroughly
4. Dining / Private Dining Room: cleaned, with matching chairs and tables set up, place settings and flowers arranged
5. Therapy Gym: all equipment cleaned and arranged properly, with all extra items, walkers and other personal items stored away.
6. ADL Suite & Bathroom: beds set up, area cleaned, flowers arranged
7. Private Suite: bedroom is clean, set up, and arranged properly with beds set up, flowers arranged, welcome folder, robes and slipper if applicable
8. Dialysis Unit: area is cleaned and set up properly, chairs organized, dialysis prep bags displayed
9. Activity Room: table and chairs cleaned and organized, activities displayed and properly setup, countertops cleaned and flowers displayed
10. Sitting / Family Rooms: table and chairs cleaned and organized, countertops cleaned and flowers displayed
11. Salon: cleaned and organized with flowers displayed
12. Aqua Therapy: cleaned and organized
13. Theater Room: cleaned and organized
14. Conference Room: organized and cleaned with any furniture and conferencing equipment set up and arranged properly
15. Nurses Station: (at least one) cleaned and organized, flowers arranged, all extra decals and papers off of walls and doors
